About Me
My name is David Brodsky, and this page is dedicated to the various landscaping and handyman services that I provide. Contact me through my contact form or phone number to ask any questions and/or to arrange a property visit to receive an estimate. I will provide a quote in writing (email or text) after seeing the scope of work and doing a bit of research.
Note about being busy/response times: Because I am a one-person operation (I have advertising support from a friend and sometimes employees help with jobs, but for the most part I'm by myself), it is often the case, especially when I have jobs lined up that I don't have time to provide a quote or start a project/job in a timely manner. In such cases, I take down your information and will follow up with you once my workload clears up a bit, and I have time to take on additional clients and plan additional jobs. You may follow up with me as often as you need to see where you are in my work request queue.
Pricing (Landscape Maintenance Services)

I charge clients a flat rate per project generally speaking. You will receive a quote in writing (text message or email) after a site visit has been completed. Any pricing done over the phone or through pictures is a rough estimate to be updated at site visit into a quote. Quotes are based on an estimation of how many hours a project/scope of work will take to complete. I charge between $40 and $55/hr for time commuting to the site (I drive), labor at the site, and any commuting time needed for picking up supplies or disposing waste. Jobs of 1-2 hr duration are billed at $55/hr whereas jobs longer than 10 hours are billed at $40/hr. Taxes are included in the price. Materials are priced based on what they cost in store. Quotes are "Labor + Materials & Disposal Fees = Total"
