I have 11 years of experience working with softscaping, so I am familiar with various topdressings, amendments, and planting different kinds of plants. I don't have much experience with retaining wall construction, paver installations, and concrete. I am interested in learning and will gladly try and provide quotes for those scopes of work if a client requests one.

Contact me by phone or email and I'll reply as soon as possible. We arrange a day for a home visit to see the scope of work. If possible, I will produce an estimate (inexact cost) in person. I will provide some cost ideas at a minimum, even if I cannot provide an estimate. If you're interested in getting an exact price or price range (quote) in writing, i will provide that by email as soon as possible and explain when I can come at earliest to provide the service.
Pricing for Excavation, Planting, and Topdressing
Generally speaking, labor pricing is done with this formula: number of hours of labour that a job is estimated to complete by myself + number of hours of commute time required (supplies and disposal, driving to and from property) multiplied by $40/hr. Taxes are included in this price. Materials are generally priced at what they cost in store to purchase, taxes included. A quote for a scope of work is determined by combining Labor and Materials/Disposal Fees.
Pricing for Retaining Walls, Concrete, Interlock and Paving Slabs
Hardscaping work is very new to me, so I am available to do work at rock bottom prices to build experience. The pricing formula is the same as above, except the hourly labor rate will be $18/hr or less.
