Contact me through my contact form or phone number to ask any questions and/or to arrange a property visit to receive an estimate. I will provide a quote in writing (email or text) after seeing the scope of work and doing a bit of research.  ​

Pricing (Painting)

Generally speaking, labor pricing is done with this formula: number of hours of labour that a job will take 1 person to complete multiplied by $25/hr. I don't bill commute time to and from the property, waste disposal time, or supply pickup time. Materials are generally priced at what they cost in store to purchase, taxes included. Quotes are a sum of Labor + Materials. ​​

Pricing (Exterior Staining)

Generally speaking, labor pricing is done with this formula: number of hours of labour that a job will take 1 person to complete + number of hours of commute time required (commute to and from property, picking up supplies as needed, disposal as needed) multiplied by $36/hr. Taxes are included in this price. Materials are generally priced at what they cost in store to purchase, taxes included. Quotes are a sum of Labor + Materials. ​​

Experience 

I have quoted, planned and completed four paint projects start to finish (an interior bathroom, two garage doors and a shed). I have quoted, planned and completed five staining projects (four decks and one fence). I have quoted, planned and completed on concrete sealing project.
