Snow Removal and Deicing

Service Details: I provide snow and ice removal services with  plastic shovels, a corded blower, mattock/ice chipper, a spade, and the client's choice of deicer.

Experience: generally 4 residential seasonal contracts per season or a handful of per-push (per snow fall, call whenever you need it) clients depending on which approach I'm taking that year. I've done this for at least 5 years.

Competitive Advantages:
- I use deicers of appropriate type (pavers may benefit from a deicer that isn't fully sodium chloride based), and I tell clients about risks to pets and environment that come from rock salt

- I am to clear snow within 24 hours of the end of a snowfall (or multiple times while its ongoing)
- I have a small number of clients each year. I don't own a truck, so I don't have a situation happen where I book 20 clients to service, my truck breaks down, and then I can't service anybody. I also don't rely on a vast network of subcontractors or employees to get anything done. I do the work myself, sometimes with an employee/helper.
- I have reviews and can provide references from clients from either snow removal or other lines of types of work that I do (mostly landscape maintenance).
