Residential Cleaning 

• Areas cleaned: kitchen, bathroom, living room, hallways, walls, floors, baseboards, staircases, windows and casings, light and plumbing fixtures, interiors and exteriors of appliances and entertainment devices (i.e. TVs), dishes, laundry, and more. ​

• I can use your tools and supplies or my own.

• I complete all work myself (no subcontracting), though for larger jobs, I may ask permission to bring an employee. 

• My hourly rate is $17/hr for labor time (labor time is defined as work at the home). The cost of perishable supplies is added to the final bill. If you'd prefer a quote, I can provide that as well. Work is paid upon completion. 

• Small jobs (1 person, 1 day of work) are paid upon satisfactory completion. Larger jobs (more than 1 day, more than 1 cleaner needed) are paid on a "percentage of work completed or milestone completed" basis. 

• Driver's license photo, criminal background check, vehicle license plate photo available upon request
