- Before I prune anything, if I'm uncertain, I generally use the plantnet app to identify the plant and then either Google or ChatGPT to identify timing for pruning the plant to get the best appearance from it and reduce risk of damage to it. 

- I try to inform clients about best practices for pruning their plants and communicate with them as needed whenever there are issues or questions
