• 1) positioning the television in an appropriate place can be quite hard 

• 2) Identifying the position of wall studs without hitting plumbing or electrical can be challenging as well, particularly if you don’t have appropriate tools that can let you see behind walls or knowledge of home construction, which would show you where wires and plumbing are likely to be.
